RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

At VTwinNow.com, we offer returns and exchanges for 30 days. After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot accept returns. Should you need to return an item, please call or email us, and we will issue a Return Authorization number. The item must be unused and unaltered.

 

All returned orders will incur a 10% restocking fee.

 

*ANY PRODUCT RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

 

 

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. 

 

"On Sale" & “Discounted” items are final sale.

 

Special orders, custom painted/made parts, and exhaust systems may not be exchanged or returned for any reason.

 

There are no returns or exchanges on any opened electronic device, except to exchange/warranty for the same unit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (parts cannot be installed). It must also be in the original packaging.

 

PLEASE NOTE: If FREE SHIPPING was received at time of purchase, shipping costs will be deducted from refund amount.

 

ALL oversized shipping items (i.e., seats, large handlebars, items over 25lbs, etc.) are subject to an additional $25 (bulky item handling) plus 10% restocking fee.

 

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. SHIPPING COST IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Your refund will not include the cost of shipping.

 

If a return/exchange used PAYPAL as original form of payment, there will be a 5% fee. This charge is related to any fees issued by PayPal and will be in addition to the 10% restocking fee.

 

Refunds or exchanges are at the discretion of V-TWIN NOW. 

 

We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise. 

In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier or our shipping department on our Contact Page. 

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 4-5 business days of us receiving your returned product. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax (minus any applicable shipping/restocking fees). 

 

We are not responsible for any labor or installation costs. Any manufacturer defects that may cause additional labor or costs are not the responsibility of VTwinNow.com or the manufacturer.

 

We can issue a return label for the return if requested. If you choose this option, you will not be charged up front, however the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund or exchange. If you choose to send the parts back on your own, you will not be charged the return shipping fee. ALL returns still require a Return Authorization number. 

 

WARRANTY

 

For items with a manufacturer’s warranty, please follow their instructions. If warranty information was not included, please call the manufacturer or our sales team for more information. 

 

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

 

We offer free delivery via UPS Ground on orders over $250 to the contiguous United States only. There is a shipping fee calculated at checkout for orders under $250. Any oversize or non-standard item fees may apply, and will be noted clearly on the product page before adding the item to your shopping cart. All shipping charges on orders outside of the contiguous United States will be calculated at checkout.

 

International shipments may be subject to additional VAT, duty, and import fees.

 

Hazardous materials do not qualify for free shipping. All orders containing Hazardous materials will have shipping costs added after you place the order. We will notify you of any shipping/hazardous material charges before we process the order.

 

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method. Shipping costs are dependent on the weight and size of the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

 

Expedited shipping services may be available, including UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saturday Delivery, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select. Additional shipping charges may apply. You must contact us for other shipping options. Please contact us before placing your order to see if we can offer expedited shipping on your item(s).

 

We try to have most orders delivered with a transit time of 3 days or less when possible.
